Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EAGLE (the "Platform"), operated by EAGLETOP3 COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live.

2. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials and 4-digit PIN confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

3. Guaranteed mining rewards

Active mining plans pay a fixed 5% daily reward that is 100% guaranteed for the stated lifecycle of the miner, credited each 24-hour cycle while the miner remains active. Please also read our Risk Disclosure.

4. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

  • Deposits may be made via supported methods (e.g. Flutterwave and USDT). USDT and certain deposits are confirmed manually and may take time to review.
  • A withdrawal fee applies and withdrawals may be subject to minimum and maximum limits and processing windows.
  • We may decline, delay, or reverse transactions where we suspect fraud, error, or breach of these Terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activity.
  • Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the Platform or other users.
  • Providing false information or operating multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referrals.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law, or where required for security or legal reasons.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAGLETOP3 COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party providers, or your own decisions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
